Job Summary

As an Associate Scientist in Quality Control Potency Assays, you will be responsible for the execution of reagent qualification, validation, and sample analysis for clinical test samples and stability studies. Your daily activities will involve utilizing cell-based bioassays and binding assays, such as ELISA, within a strictly regulated GMP environment. You will independently plan, evaluate, and document analyses while creating technical reports and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Beyond laboratory work, you will manage laboratory organization, including equipment qualification and the coordination of external service providers. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys collaborating with international teams and presenting results in a corporate setting. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in a biological-technical field (e.g., BTA) or a university degree (Bachelor/Master) in Natural Sciences.

Experience

  • Professional experience in a biological-technical field or life sciences environment
  • Extensive experience in cell culture and immunological methods such as ELISA
  • Proven experience working within a GMP-regulated environment
  • Experience in planning, executing, and documenting laboratory analyses independently
  • Experience in equipment qualification and managing laboratory devices
