Job Summary

This leadership role involves taking personnel and technical responsibility for the Digital Marketplace Team, focusing on the organization's central Confluence instance used across all German Pension Insurance institutions (DRV Bund). The successful candidate will define team priorities, optimize workflows, and implement effective change management strategies to ensure sustainable process adoption. Key responsibilities include product ownership of the Confluence platform, acting as an instructor and subject matter expert for staff, and leading relevant projects. The position requires a background in IT, administration, or economics, coupled with extensive experience in personnel management and practical application of Confluence, ideally in conception and development, to drive continuous improvement and networking within the organization.

Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor/Diploma/FH) in IT, administrative, or economic fields, or completed vocational training in the IT sector, or comparable long-term practical experience in the IT sector.

Experience

Multiple years of practical experience using the Confluence application, preferably in conception and development
Current and multiple years of experience in personnel management and development
Experience working with committees
Professional experience in IT, administration, or economics (or comparable long-term practical experience in IT)
