Job Summary

This System Engineer role is situated within the Digital Workplace Service Line, focusing on the architecture and operation of secure, modern mobile workplace systems and infrastructure, including highly protected VS-NfD approved systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and architecting secure, scalable mobile solutions, acting as a technical expert in key projects, and planning/expanding the Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) infrastructure. The engineer will also drive continuous service improvement based on technological trends, maintain comprehensive documentation, and provide technical consultation to service management and customers. Key qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent vocational training (or minimum 8 years of IT experience), fundamental knowledge of VMware Workspace ONE, Android, and iOS, and ITIL Foundation level expertise.
