Job Summary

This critical role involves strategically planning, optimizing, and implementing efficient operational and administrative processes within the Ophthalmology Clinic at the University Hospital Bonn (UKB). The Clinic Manager is responsible for the continuous improvement of patient care through the conception and realization of innovative projects. Key duties include personnel leadership for an interdisciplinary team, rigorous budget creation and control, monitoring economic indicators, and managing investments and procurement. The position requires close collaboration with internal and external partners, drafting cooperation agreements, and handling public relations and reporting.
