This Senior Feature Owner role involves leading the conceptualization and development of specific features (Features) for the Telematics Infrastructure (TI) Messenger products, targeting both insured individuals (TI-M ePA) and customer advisors (TI-M Pro). The role requires active participation across the entire product lifecycle, from research and idea generation to user testing, working within a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, and healthcare experts. A key focus is optimizing the internal process for handling incoming TI-M messages at BARMER.
