Job Summary

This fixed-term role, running from March 2026 to February 2027, places you within the Scientific and Regulatory Affairs department of a leading international natural cosmetics manufacturer. You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance and supporting product development across international innovation and maintenance projects. Key daily tasks include the planning, budgeting, and commissioning of in-vitro, ex-vivo, and in-vivo efficacy studies with global Contract Research Organizations (CROs), followed by the critical review of resulting reports. Furthermore, you will be responsible for formulating product claims for communication, reviewing and approving all associated artworks, advertising, and training materials. The position requires meticulous data maintenance, managing the Product Information File, and overseeing the certification processes for new and existing products according to natural cosmetic standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly structured, and brings a Master’s degree in Food Chemistry or a related field, coupled with strong regulatory experience in the cosmetic industry. Excellent written and verbal English skills are mandatory for success in this international environment.
