Job Summary

This highly responsible role, Head of Tax Projects Germany / Deputy Head of Tax Germany, involves overseeing all tax affairs for the German entities of the Theo Müller Group, including complex international tax considerations. The successful candidate will lead the Tax Projects Germany team, managing critical initiatives such as the tax integration of M&A transactions. A key aspect of the role is actively contributing to the strategic direction of the Tax department as the Deputy Head of Tax Germany. Day-to-day tasks include participating in tax audits, handling appeal procedures, and monitoring tax law changes across Germany and selected European countries to derive relevant measures. To qualify, candidates must hold a degree in Economics or Law, have successfully passed the Tax Consultant Exam, and possess at least eight years of professional experience in corporate tax law, covering both direct and indirect taxes.
