Job Summary

This pivotal role involves overseeing all tax matters for the German entities of the Theo Müller Group, providing expert advice on tax-relevant issues, including international contexts. The successful candidate will lead the Tax Projects Germany team, managing projects such as the tax aspects of M&A transactions and their integration. As Deputy Head of Tax Germany, you will actively contribute to the strategic direction of the tax department. Responsibilities also include participating in tax audits, managing appeals and lawsuits, and obtaining binding rulings from tax authorities. The role requires continuous monitoring of tax changes in Germany and selected European countries to derive relevant measures, and the development, revision, and implementation of optimized processes, guidelines, and work instructions. This position offers the opportunity to shape the tax landscape of a growing international food and logistics group.
