Job Summary

This is a key leadership role overseeing the Electrical Engineering team within a growing biotechnology company specializing in pharmaceutical active ingredients for cancer therapy. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of three, ensuring the availability and operational safety of all complex, automated electrical installations across the 5,000 m² development and production site in Ahrensburg. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, planning and executing maintenance and calibration of electrical systems, coordinating external service providers, and ensuring all documentation complies with GMP quality standards. The ideal candidate must possess extensive technical expertise in industrial electrical, measurement, and control technology (MSR), coupled with significant leadership experience. This position offers a permanent, full-time contract in a future-oriented industry with planned site expansions, making it an attractive opportunity for a qualified and motivated electrical engineering professional.
