Job Summary

This critical role as Deputy Team Lead, IT Operations, involves supporting the Team Lead in guaranteeing seamless IT service delivery across Medicover's numerous German locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key organizational and technical tasks, specifically taking ownership of Escalation, Communication, Quality, and Incident Management processes. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining and developing system images, standardizing support workflows, and ensuring reliable cross-location support for end-users and systems. Success requires a minimum of five years of professional experience coordinating IT projects or working within an IT service environment, coupled with robust knowledge of ITSM process landscapes, particularly ITIL v3 or higher. This position offers the chance to work within the highly sensitive healthcare sector, ensuring the reliability and security of critical IT infrastructure, which is vital for patient safety and data protection. Very good written and spoken English skills are mandatory for this challenging and impactful role.
