Job Summary

This role seeks a highly qualified Laboratory Scientist to drive the development of manufacturing processes for cutting-edge parenteral pharmaceuticals, focusing on liquid dosage forms and lyophilized products derived from biotechnologically produced active ingredients. Day-to-day responsibilities include the independent planning, preparation, execution, and evaluation of experiments, manufacturing technical batches, and supporting the transfer of these processes to commercial production sites. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree (or equivalent) in a natural science field such as Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Chemistry, coupled with a strong technical and pharmaceutical understanding of cGMP regulations. Success requires excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English, proficiency in scientific documentation, and robust teamwork abilities. This is a permanent position offering stability in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region and exposure to complex pharmaceutical development projects.
