This role is ideal for a scientifically educated professional specializing in outsourcing management and contract execution within the pharmaceutical industry. The Outsourcing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the initiation of outsourcing activities to external contractors, such as contract laboratories. Day-to-day duties involve coordinating project-specific budgets, initiating Purchase Orders, and critically, drafting the necessary business contracts in close cooperation with Finance and Contract Coordination teams. The specialist acts as the central interface, managing communication between internal project groups and external contractors, evaluating incoming offers, and ensuring all activities adhere to predefined project timelines. Success requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related natural science field, coupled with specific experience in pharmaceutical CMC and developmental analytics. Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal English proficiency, and the ability to work effectively in global teams are essential for this demanding coordination role.
