Job Summary

This role involves managing and supporting the PTB's electronic file (E-File) system, offering a chance to actively shape the future of digital infrastructure within a leading national metrology institute. Key responsibilities include technical administration, user management, and configuration of the E-File system, alongside handling requirements and change management. The administrator will provide 2nd level support for incident reports and service requests, evaluate new software functions (including Low Code/No Code adaptations), and conduct system tests for quality assurance and post-release changes. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Administrative Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field, possesses conceptual IT administration skills, and demonstrates strong teamwork and communication abilities. Experience with Fabasoft eGov-Suite is a significant advantage.
