Job Summary
This role involves contributing to an interdisciplinary collaborative project at the Institute for Hygiene and Public Health at University Hospital Bonn. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing biotechnological experiments focused on cloning, expression, and purification of proteins or other target molecules. Key responsibilities also include data generation and analysis, as well as presenting findings within the project consortium and at national and international conferences. This position requires a strong background in biosciences, molecular biology, or biotechnology, coupled with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Required Skills
Education
Master's degree (Diplom) or comparable scientific qualification in Biosciences, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, or related fields
Experience
- Professional experience in planning, conducting, and analyzing biotechnological work
- Expertise in applying bioinformatics tools is desired

Additional
- Part-time (27 hours/week) position, initially project-based and limited until March 31, 2028, with a possible option for extension.
