Job Summary

This role involves working as a Pharmaceutical Coordinator and Shift Leader, primarily focusing on the planning, organization, supervision, evaluation, and documentation of qualification processes for testing personnel within a pharmaceutical production environment. The successful candidate will utilize their creativity to optimize internal workflows, create error patterns and test sets, and manage projects. A critical component of the job is ensuring strict compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) guidelines, including the organization and execution of training sessions. This position requires fluency in German and advanced English skills, strong organizational abilities, and a willingness to work in a continuous shift system. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in Pharmacy with additional qualification as a Master (Meister) or Technician (Techniker) with IHK certification in Pharmacy, or equivalent professional training and knowledge.

Experience

  • Professional experience in pharmaceutical production or a comparable field
  • Fundamentally acquired or long-standing professional experience (if lacking formal Meister/Techniker qualification)
  • Experience in handling IT systems and databases (e.g., SAP, BioMES, Vault, GoTrack, LOS)
  • Experience in ensuring cGMP compliance and EHS guidelines
