Job Summary

This role seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Onsite IT Technician, acting as a 'Technology Rescuer' to maintain and restore IT components directly at customer locations, primarily within the Frankfurt and Offenbach areas. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware failures, installing and configuring software, setting up, relocating, and dismantling IT workstations, and providing user instruction on new hardware and software. A key part of the job involves detailed documentation of all technical procedures within a ticketing system and handling basic network tasks like patching. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT education, detailed knowledge of current MS Windows and Office environments, and experience with onsite support and ticketing systems. This position offers a stable, full-time contract with fixed working hours, a friendly team environment, and a clear option for permanent employment after an initial temporary placement.
