Job Summary
As an IT Field Service Technician in Ludwigsburg, you will be responsible for the hands-on technical support and maintenance of IT equipment within an international automotive environment. Your daily activities will include repairing, connecting, and exchanging hardware such as laptops, desktops, smartphones, and tablets. You will manage PC workstation relocations, perform client installations, and handle data transfers for end-users. A significant portion of the role involves troubleshooting Windows 10 and MS Office issues, processing service requests, and managing the lifecycle of incidents from acceptance to documentation. This position is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy mobile, hands-on work and direct user interaction. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Systems Integration Specialist, IT Customer Support, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or Information Electronics Technician).
Experience

- Experience in hardware maintenance, repair, and replacement
- Practical knowledge of Windows 10 and MS Office troubleshooting
- Experience in client installation and workstation relocation
- Experience in incident management and service request documentation

- Driving license (Class B) is desirable. Position is initially via labor leasing with an option for permanent hire. Location: Ludwigsburg (Württemberg).
