This role involves providing essential Second Level Support for client systems and applications primarily on-site in Berlin, focusing on maintaining the IT environments of major industrial companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and error resolution for Windows Clients, utilizing tools like SCCM for software distribution, and managing Active Directory. Day-to-day tasks include supporting mobile devices (Android and iOS) and meticulously documenting all completed activities. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Consultant, IT System Electronics Technician, IT System Salesperson, IT Service Technician, Information Electronics Technician, Industrial Systems Technician, IT Management Assistant, or PC and Network Specialist), or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Relevant professional experience in the IT sector
  • Initial practical experience in the configuration and troubleshooting of Windows Clients, including error analysis and resolution
