Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 1st Level IT Support within a construction sector company located in Stuttgart. The specialist will be responsible for maintaining the local IT infrastructure, focusing on ensuring smooth operations for end-users. Daily tasks include setting up new IT hardware, provisioning workstations, creating and managing user accounts, and actively diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT apprenticeship, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, and solid expertise in PC hardware, networking technologies, and current Windows operating systems. Experience with Microsoft 365 is highly desirable. This position is initially offered through temporary employment with a strong option for permanent takeover, offering a clear path for professional development and internal advancement.
