Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Specialist to join a modern IT service structure in Munich, focusing on developing tailored IT solutions for medium to large organizations. The position emphasizes a highly personal and partnership-driven approach to IT support, moving beyond traditional hotline services. Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive customer consultation on IT infrastructure, developing concepts, and delivering high-level Second and Third-Level support. The specialist will actively participate in IT project implementation, continuously improve operational processes, and provide flexible support both internally and on-site. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT qualification and deep knowledge of the Microsoft product suite, storage solutions, virtualization technologies, and IT security concepts. This is a full-time, permanent contract opportunity, initially offered via temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover by the client.
