Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Field Service Technician for a nationwide service provider in Berlin, specializing in the operation of redundant network environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing professional customer consultation and support, installing PCs and notebooks, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software malfunctions, and performing data recovery. You will also manage warranty claims and actively support the rollout of new systems, providing 2nd Level Support directly at the customer's location for printing and client systems. The ideal candidate has completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician) or possesses equivalent practical experience. Key requirements include experience commissioning hardware components, initial practical experience in 2nd Level support, and good German language skills.
