Job Summary

This role is ideal for an enthusiastic Network Technician ready to manage and maintain critical network infrastructure in Munich or Nuremberg. Day-to-day responsibilities include processing incoming fault reports, configuring and operating Cisco Routing and Switching systems, and actively participating in various network projects. You will be responsible for network management, monitoring, documentation, and fault resolution using a ticketing system, covering service hours from Monday to Saturday in a team-internal shift model. The position requires a completed vocational qualification in the IT field, practical experience with networking, particularly Cisco and TCP/IP, and ideally a CCNA certification. This is a full-time, permanent contract position, initially temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover, offering a long-term perspective and a supportive work environment with flat hierarchies.
