IT Field Service Technician | Fieldservicetechniker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role, based in Munich, is a full-time, permanent opportunity (initially through temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover) focusing on providing essential IT Field Service to various clients, primarily prominent industrial companies across Germany. As an IT Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure support, including installing operating systems and applications, setting up and dismantling hardware, and delivering classic IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change). Day-to-day tasks involve onsite customer support, managing rollouts, hardware and software provision, infrastructure optimization, and providing 1st and 2nd level IT support based on ticket volume. The ideal candidate brings prior experience in onsite service, knowledge of network technology, Windows 10, Office applications, and familiarity with ticketing systems, combined with strong German and English language skills.
