The IT Specialist Coordinator will manage the implementation of necessary operational tasks, develop the internal IT Competence Center using ITIL best practices, and serve as a key consultant to internal customers. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with standards and contracts related to IT facilities and services, defining optimization measures for IT services and operational costs, and supporting the execution of preventive and reactive operational maintenance (BIS). The successful candidate must possess a degree in Information Technology or Communications Engineering, or equivalent technical qualifications, coupled with robust professional experience in communication technology and IT service operations, ideally following ITIL frameworks.
