Job Summary

This role involves working as a Service Technician specializing in hardware configuration and system deployment in Hamburg. The primary responsibility is the 'refueling' (deployment/imaging) of systems at the Groß Borstel location. Day-to-day tasks include conducting field service assignments, preparing systems for shipment, and performing installation and configuration of various devices, including desktops, notebooks, and mobile endpoints. A key part of the job is maintaining accurate documentation for all processes. Candidates should possess experience in system deployment and have knowledge of operating systems such as Windows 10, Windows 11, macOS, and Android, along with technical skills in Powershell, networking (MAC/IP address, VLAN), BIOS, and UEFI.
