Job Summary

This role is for an IT Hardware Repair Technician based in Hamburg, working for a major service provider specializing in client management and server/storage solutions for numerous local companies. Day-to-day responsibilities involve hands-on hardware maintenance, including diagnosing and resolving faults, and replacing defective components across a variety of end devices such as notebooks, desktops, printers, and mobile units. A crucial part of the job is accurately logging all hardware movements using specialized logistics software. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or similar technical training, coupled with existing experience utilizing ticketing and ideally asset management systems. Technical aptitude, potentially supplemented by electrical engineering experience, is highly valued.
