Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 1st Level Client Support as part of an onsite IT team, focusing on ensuring the availability and functionality of end-user devices and standard applications. Key responsibilities include receiving and processing incident reports and service requests, performing installations, break/fix repairs, device exchanges, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will have a completed technical vocational education and initial professional experience in IT support, coupled with fundamental knowledge of networking, server environments, Active Directory, and modern Windows operating systems. Strong proficiency in German and good working knowledge of English are required, along with the flexibility to work across the Düsseldorf and Cologne branches and potentially nationwide when necessary.

Experience

  • Initial experience in ticketing systems and IT support
  • Initial experience in PC hardware installation and troubleshooting
  • Comparable professional experience following technical vocational training

Additional

  • Must be available to work in both the Düsseldorf and Cologne branches, and possess nationwide readiness for deployment if required. The contract is fixed-term (BEFRISTET).
