Job Summary

This role seeks a Management Accounting Business Partner with profound expertise in product costing and inventory valuation to join a global accounting team. The core responsibility is ensuring financial transparency by managing and developing end-to-end management accounting processes, guaranteeing compliant and precise global reporting. Day-to-day tasks include serving as the subject matter expert for internal stakeholders regarding inventory valuation and costing methodologies, ensuring adherence to IFRS (especially IAS 2) and HGB. The partner will collaborate closely with Global Process Owners and IT teams to continuously optimize SAP-based processes (CO, FI, PP-PI, MM, SD), conduct monthly closing activities, and analyze productive and non-productive value streams. Furthermore, the role involves leading and participating in global projects focused on value stream harmonization, restructuring, and regulatory changes, demanding strong analytical capabilities and fluency in both German and English.
