Job Summary

Covestro is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as the Head of Electrical Engineering within the global Process Control Technology (PCT) organization. This key role involves leading the Electrical Group in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) and driving the global Electrical Engineering Community. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing worldwide electrical strategies, standards, and governance frameworks to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-efficient operation of production plants globally. The successful candidate will manage a team of electrical engineers, oversee high- and medium-voltage (HV/MV) projects, manage strategic supplier relationships, and serve as a key member of the Global PCT Leadership Team. This position requires deep expertise in electrical power supply and drive technology, strong people leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering domain, actively supporting transformation initiatives across the organization.
