Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for an IT Service Technician specializing in Windows and iOS environments, based in Hamburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 2nd Level Support, diagnosing and resolving issues (Break & Fix), performing installations, and managing versatile tasks within IT projects. Day-to-day activities include processing tickets related to IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes) and H+E (Hardware and Equipment), handling inquiries concerning network and telecommunications, and providing on-site support for customers using Windows clients and iOS devices. Key qualifications include a completed IT apprenticeship (e.g., IT Specialist) or relevant professional experience, expertise in Windows Active Directory, and familiarity with standard software like Microsoft Office and Adobe.
