Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for an IT Technician specializing in Onsite Support in Braak near Hamburg. The core responsibility involves ensuring the availability of hardware and software, primarily through 2nd Level Support and direct user contact. Day-to-day tasks include managing and resolving incidents for end-users at the Service Point, repairing desktops, notebooks, and tablets, and meticulously documenting all work processes. The ideal candidate possesses fundamental knowledge of Windows Client operating systems (especially Windows 10 and 11), experience in user support, and familiarity with MS Office applications and client peripherals.
