Job Summary

This position calls for an experienced On-Site IT Technician based in Frankfurt am Main, specializing in supporting Windows end-devices and infrastructure within the Rhein Main area. The role is diverse, requiring you to analyze and resolve IT disruptions, provide both remote and on-site IT support, and manage the setup, personalization, and relocation of IT workstations. A key part of the job involves documenting all work processes using a ticketing system and adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
