Job Summary
This role involves driving the strategic development of IT and digitalization within a specific department. Key responsibilities include providing technical guidance to IT staff, planning and conceptualizing IT needs and budgets, managing the introduction and conversion of IT procedures, and analyzing IT trends. The successful candidate will also be involved in information security, emergency management, and process optimization, working closely with the Digitalization Office and external IT service providers. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong IT background who can lead projects, ensure security compliance, and manage IT procurement, contributing to the digital transformation of public administration.
Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Bachelor or Diploma FH) in a relevant field (especially Computer Science, Business Informatics, Administrative Digitalization, Technical Computer Science, IT Security, Information and Communication Technologies). Alternatively, a completed university degree (Bachelor or Diploma FH), completed employee training course II, or a completed three-year IT vocational training.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT project implementation, ideally in digitalization projects
- At least two years of professional experience in the IT field (if alternative education path is taken)
