Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the operational usability of hardware and software applications for employees at a customer site in Munich-Sendling. The On-Site IT Support Technician will be responsible for a variety of critical tasks, including creating, maintaining, and managing employee accounts and access permissions. A key focus is providing 1st Level Support, handling hardware and software disturbances, analyzing errors, and resolving issues received via phone, email, remote access, or direct on-site interaction. Furthermore, the technician manages and supports mobile devices (tablets and phones) using a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution, including application deployment. Candidates should possess completed vocational training in IT, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, coupled with practical experience using ticketing systems (ideally TopDesk) and familiarity with Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office suites.
