Job Summary

This role is for a Senior IT Service Technician based in Munich, focusing on supporting the IT infrastructure of a prestigious, internationally successful law firm. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing 1st and 2nd Level Onsite Support, including end-user support and instruction, and managing IT services for a wide range of client-side products and peripherals such as PCs, notebooks, tablets, printers, iOS/Android devices, and video conferencing equipment (Teams, Zoom). The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist, IT System Electronics Technician) and excellent knowledge of hardware, current Microsoft operating systems (primarily Windows 10), and MS Office standard applications. Experience with ticketing systems and network integration is also essential.
