Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for an IT Service Technician to join a dedicated team in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, focusing on Managed Services for industrial clients, including client support, hardware provision, and network monitoring. Day-to-day responsibilities involve participating in various IT support projects, performing technical documentation within a ticketing system, and delivering on-site support for Windows clients, iOS devices, networks, and telecommunication systems. The technician will also handle 2nd Level Support inquiries. Key requirements include a completed IT-related education or equivalent professional experience, strong proficiency with MS Office applications and Windows 10, and a Class B driving license.
