Job Summary

This role seeks an IT-savvy and communicative professional to join a market-leading company specializing in IT solutions and service management in Geretsried. As an IT Service Technician for Onsite Support, you will be crucial in providing 2nd Level Support directly to customers. Day-to-day tasks involve managing IT support tickets related to IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), Hardware and Spares (H+E), and Break/Fix (B/F) activities. You will execute onsite support at customer locations and implement individual project orders within the network environment, utilizing modern ticketing systems. The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics, combined with fundamental knowledge of current Windows operating systems, networking, iOS, Office products, and PC/mobile device hardware. This is a full-time, permanent position offered initially through temporary employment with the option for permanent hire.
