Job Summary

This role involves managing comprehensive IT services for the Hamburg site within a global IT infrastructure organization, focusing on maintaining operational excellence in IT Services & Operations EMEA. The IT Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality 1st and 2nd level support for end-users, handling incident and change ticket management, and providing operational support for the local network infrastructure. Key activities include planning and executing IT projects, managing and coordinating external service providers, and creating detailed documentation for IT and communication systems. Candidates must possess a background in IT or Business Informatics, proven experience in IT Service and Project Management, and excellent written and spoken English skills, ensuring professional, structured, and reliable service delivery to internal stakeholders.
