Job Summary

This role offers an immediate opportunity for an IT Systems Technician to join an IT service provider in Munich, supporting the client environments of reputable industrial companies across Germany. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing crucial onsite support, analyzing software and hardware errors, installing and configuring client workstations, and resolving service calls within the client environment. You will also be responsible for hardware maintenance, including repairing desktops, notebooks, and printers, and executing complete hardware relocations. The ideal candidate has completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., as an IT Specialist for System Integration), possesses initial professional experience in the Microsoft environment, and is proficient with Windows 10 and networking technologies (LAN/WLAN). This position starts as temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover, offering a long-term career perspective and structured working hours.
