Job Summary

This role involves coordinating, planning, and executing digitalization and E-Government projects within the Teltow-Fläming district administration, driving digital transformation in close collaboration with specialized departments. The specialist will contribute to internal and inter-municipal digitalization initiatives, focusing heavily on developing and updating IT security concepts for digital procedures and conducting internal training on digital work techniques. Key requirements include a university degree in Business Informatics, Administrative Informatics, or Economics with a focus on Computer Science, coupled with experience in administrative digitalization, IT-supported business processes, and document management systems. This is an attractive, permanent, full-time position (39 hours/week) offering flexible working hours, the possibility of remote work after the probationary period, and competitive public sector compensation (TVöD-VKA EG 11).
