Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position (39 hours/week) involves the coordination, planning, and execution of crucial digitalization and E-Government projects for the Teltow-Fläming district administration. You will collaborate closely with various departments to drive digital transformation, participate in inter-municipal initiatives, and actively contribute to the development and maintenance of IT security concepts relevant to digital procedures. A key responsibility is designing and delivering internal training sessions focused on digital work techniques. Candidates must possess a university degree in Business Informatics, Administrative Informatics, or Economics with a strong focus on Informatics. Essential competencies include practical experience in administrative digitalization, familiarity with IT-supported business processes, and expertise in Document Management Systems (DMS) and Project Management. This role offers the security of a large public employer, flexible working hours (06:00 to 21:00), and the potential for home office after a successful probation period.
