Job Summary
This role involves providing essential IT support, specifically focusing on IMAC (Installation, Move, Add, Change) services for client systems and printers across various locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the independent execution of tasks assigned via a mobile device, including the setup, dismantling, and modification of hardware. Key responsibilities also encompass basic configuration and installation of PCs, notebooks, and printers, alongside meticulous documentation of all activities within the Inventox system.
