Job Summary

This role is for a motivated IT Support Technician to join a leading European IT service provider. You will be responsible for independently executing IMAC (Installation, Move, Add, Change) services for client systems and printers across various locations. Daily tasks include setting up, dismantling, and reconfiguring client systems, installing PCs, notebooks, and printers, performing functional tests, and meticulously documenting all assignments using an Android-based system. The ideal candidate will have initial experience in IT support, strong knowledge of PC hardware, peripherals, and printer installations, and a highly service-oriented approach.
