Job Summary

This role involves connecting people and technology by serving as a Service Technician specializing in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The primary responsibilities include the installation and mounting of radio relay systems, digital and analog radio systems, and general electrical systems. Day-to-day tasks will focus on technical service, maintenance documentation, troubleshooting, and providing technical customer support and consultation. Candidates should possess a completed technical education, such as in Electronics for Devices and Systems or Energy and Building Technology, ideally supplemented by a Technician (Techniker) qualification. Crucial requirements include initial experience in the mounting, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication networks, IP, and radio network installations, strong analytical skills for troubleshooting, and proficiency in both German and English at the B2 level.
