Job Summary

This role involves steering complex internal IT projects within the company's headquarters, managing them from initial planning through to successful realization. The IT Project Manager will act as a key liaison, collaborating closely with IT platforms and various specialized departments, ensuring project execution is structured and adheres to agile methodologies. Key responsibilities include process documentation, change management, budget and schedule monitoring, and providing strategic consulting to management to maintain a transparent project portfolio. Candidates must possess a MINT degree or equivalent training, coupled with a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience. Expertise in agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or PRINCE2 is essential, along with strong IT know-how and excellent communication skills in both German and English.
