Join FERCHAU Group's internal team in Gummersbach as an AI Consultant, driving the integration and application of Artificial Intelligence across the company's strategic services, including HR, Finance, and Digital Business Transformation. This role involves leading and coordinating AI projects, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, and translating complex business requirements into viable AI-based solutions. Day-to-day tasks include identifying, prototyping, and implementing new AI solutions, focusing heavily on Prompting and Generative AI. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in Computer Science or Business Informatics, coupled with several years of experience in a similar role, excellent project management skills, and a strategic yet operational mindset.
