Job Summary

This role is for a Certified Technician or Master Craftsman specializing in Electrical or Building Services Engineering to join the Bavarian State Office for Health and Food Safety (LGL) at the Oberschleißheim campus. The professional will be crucial in maintaining, repairing, and optimizing complex building technology systems, focusing heavily on electrical, ventilation, cooling, and climate control infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks involve troubleshooting automation stations, optimizing programming, performing installations, and ensuring continuous operational readiness of the Building Management System (BMS). The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in electrical/building services, knowledge of MSR (Measurement, Control, and Regulation) technology, and the ability to work independently and meticulously within an interdisciplinary environment. Required Skills

Education

Certified Technician (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker) or Master Craftsman (Meister) in Electrical or Building Services Engineering

Experience

  • Successfully completed vocational training in Electrical or Building Services Engineering followed by certification as a Technician or Master Craftsman
  • Experience in Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MSR) technology (e.g., BACnet, Siemens DesigoCC, ASi Bus, KNX programming) is advantageous
  • Professional experience in maintaining and repairing complex technical building systems
  • Ability to perform on-call duty (after training)
