Job Summary

This role involves supporting the executive management of the BG RCI, a statutory accident insurance provider in Germany's social security system, located in Heidelberg. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing tasks of fundamental importance to the organization, including leading and coordinating central steering projects. A key focus will be the project for developing the BG RCI concerning the establishment of an IT cooperation with other accident insurance providers. Day-to-day tasks also include steering the implementation of process management and standardizing decision-making communication for the executive management. Candidates must possess a university degree (Master's level or equivalent) in Law, Economics, Social Sciences, or Administrative Management, coupled with at least two years of relevant professional experience, preferably within public administration, and proven expertise in project leadership and process management.
