Job Summary

This role involves defining, implementing, and managing the mandatory framework for responsible data handling across the BG RCI, a statutory accident insurance provider in Germany. The Data Quality and Governance Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining the organization's Data Governance structure, including standards, roles, and processes, and establishing central data quality management standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating data initiatives with IT and specialized departments, steering the implementation of BI Governance, and fostering a data-driven culture through training and change management. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in fields like Business Informatics or Public Management, possesses strong analytical skills, and has professional experience in areas such as rehabilitation, membership/contribution, or prevention.
