This role is for a proactive and technically skilled Service Technician specializing in international commissioning and maintenance of innovative freeze-drying plants for GEA Lyophil GmbH. The core responsibilities involve traveling extensively (over 80% internationally to locations like Asia, Canada, and Australia) to perform independent plant commissioning, qualification, and timely handover to customers. A key part of the job is diagnosing and resolving complex electromechanical, electrical, and software/application issues, documenting project progress through detailed commissioning reports, and providing comprehensive training to clients on plant operation. Candidates must possess vocational training in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Refrigeration Technology, coupled with relevant professional experience.
